  • Butcher and fishmonger items are charged based on actual weight received.

If you add new items to an existing order, the updated prices at that time will apply.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including those involving:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing

7. Delivery Terms

7.1 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or operational challenges.

7.2 Delivery Responsibility

You must ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Missed deliveries may result in charges for perishable items.

7.3 Frozen & Perishable Goods

Frozen items may arrive chilled due to courier handling.
Our packaging keeps items safe for up to 72 hours.

If a significant delay causes spoilage, contact us within 24 hours.

7.4 Unattended Deliveries

If you instruct the courier to leave items unattended, you accept all associated risks, including theft, tampering, or temperature changes.

7.5 Delivery Cut‑Off Times

  • Orders placed Mon–Thu before 1pm: next‑day dispatch
  • Orders placed after 1pm Thu: processed Monday
  • Admin support closes Fri 12pm; messages after this time are handled Monday

8. Click & Collect

  • Orders placed before 11am are usually ready within 24 hours.
  • Bring your order confirmation and valid ID.
  • Uncollected orders may incur a 10% handling fee.

9. Payment

  • Payments are processed via PayPal.
  • We do not store card details.
  • Failed payments may incur admin fees.
  • We may cancel orders if payment authorisation is refused.

10. Cancellations, Amendments & Returns

10.1 Non‑Perishable Goods

  • Can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, returns are accepted within 7 days.
  • Customers cover return shipping costs.

10.2 Perishable Goods

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds apply only to defective or incorrect items.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with seals intact.

10.3 Evidence Requirement

Photo or video evidence is required for all claims.

11. Defective or Incorrect Goods

We will refund or replace defective or incorrect items once evidence is provided.
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.
