We're delighted to deliver our authentic African food products to all UK addresses. Expect your order to arrive typically within 2 - 5 business days from the receipt of your order, excluding weekends.
*T&C: We also offer free delivery on orders £100 and above for postcodes within a 3-mile radius of our Nuneaton location.

Prefer to pick up your order? No problem, we offer a convenient Click & Collect service! Simply place your order on our website or through our social media platforms (subject to product availability). Your order will usually be ready for collection within 24 hours.

Track your order every step of the way
Once your order leaves our store, you'll receive a delivery tracking notification directly to your inbox. This notification will include an Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) provided by our trusted third-party delivery partner, so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.
If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will endeavour to leave your parcel at a safe place for you.
Shipping cost and pricing
The final shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout, based on the product’s dimensions using industry-standard formulas. The Total Weight of your order is calculated based on either gross weight or volumetric weight, depending on the product. For some products, especially lightweight but bulky items, we may use volumetric weight instead of actual mass. This is to ensure accurate pricing based on logistics requirements.
Important details and assistance
If a customer re-arranges, redirects, cancels, rejects, or refuses their delivery with our delivery partners without prior notice, Eden Foods will not accept any liability for any continued delay or spoilage of fresh/frozen products that may occur from the extended period of the delivery.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are not liable for goods damaged in transit.
